On this page you will find lots of information on Windows XP, Vista, and the Mac Operating Systems. There is a great ongoing debate about which is better. All of them have good and bad points.
The Windows XP system was a major improvement for Microsoft, and many users have stuck with it even after later releases. With the latest service pack, it is very reliable.
Vista - the very word makes some computer operators roll their eyes. Yes, the Microsoft Vista operating system did have a lot of problems when it first came out. Especially with security inconveniences and incompatibility with existing software programs. With the first Service Pack (SP1), some good changes were made, and a lot of users truly like the Vista operating system, especially the GUI (graphical user interface).
The Apple Mac system is still behind in sales, but has a multitude of loyal followers. It is the most widely used operating system for high end graphics, music recording, and other functions, but not for business applications at this point.
Now, there is a major new release on the way (Windows 7) which will drop the Vista name, but should still be very familiar to Vista users. We will provide instructional support for both Vista and Windows 7. Please let us know if there is any other tutorial software or application training videos that you want to see.
